High scoring guard that played for Marrowbone High School Named All District in 1958 Named All District, All Region, and Honorable mention All State in 1959 Lead Marrowbone High School to regional tournament finals in 1959, scoring 83 points in 3 games, the third highest total ever recorded in tournament history at that time. Named to the Cumberland County News pre-1972 all time Cumberland County basketball team

4 Sport star at Cumberland County High School Football--2nd leading scorer in school football history. Received honorable mention All State in 1971. Holds school records for receptions in a season (31), most touchdown receptions in a season (11), most career touchdown receptions (18) and longest fumble recovery for a touchdown (98 yards) Basketball--A 3 year starter, making All District and All BRVC in 1971 and 1972 and also leading the team in scoring, assists and free throw percentage both years. Scored over 1,000 points in career Baseball--3 year started at shortstop. Started on the 1969 district champion team as a freshman Track--In 1972 was a member of the 880 relay team that set a state record time (1:33.8) in the region and finished 3rd in the state. Also ran on the mile relay team that finished 2nd in region. Individually finished 3rd in the region and 4th in the BRVC in the 440 year dash
