2026-27 School Year Student Enrollment
Notice: The registration process has changed for the 2026-2027 school year. Rather than perform the full online registration process in Parent Portal, you will verify and update household and demographic information during your child’s orientation. You will still need to complete the meal benefits form in Parent Portal.
Dates for In-Person Registration Help
All schools (CCES, CCMS, and CCHS) will offer registration help at the CCHS Library on the following dates:
July 9, 2026 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
July 23, 2026 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Registration Steps
Please complete registration for students by completing the following steps.
1. Log in to Parent Portal to complete Meal Benefits Form (one per household).
2. Complete the Google Registration Form (one per student). Be sure to review handbooks and other policies in the Handbooks and Policies section before completing the Google Registration Forms.
3. Schools will have Census Verification for you to review, update, and sign at either in-person help or orientation.
4. Complete the FRYSC Survey(s) that apply to your family.
5. During orientation, complete and return the Healthy Kids Clinic Forms. You can print the Healthy Kids Clinic Forms in advance if you choose.

One application per student, choose the correct button below:
Complete the Returning Student Form if your child completed the 25-26 SY at a Cumberland County school.
Complete the New Student Form if you child completed the 25-26 SY in a district other than the Cumberland County School District. This form will also be used for incoming Kindergarten students.
